*Diagnostic testing such as blood work and urinalysis is the most sensitive and accurate method of early detection of subclinical health problems. Many conditions such as kidney and liver disease, diabetes, and thyroid disease can be prevented, controlled, or completely reversed if diagnosed early.
*Year round flea/tick and heartworm prevention is recommended.
*Dr. Gal will check your dog's teeth during the yearly exam and let you know if a dental cleaning is recommended.
*Yearly visits may be divided into Spring and Fall visits if your dog is due for multiple vaccines or to make it easier to budget.
