*Diagnostic testing such as blood work and urinalysis is the most sensitive and accurate method of early detection of subclinical health problems. Many conditions such as kidney and liver disease, diabetes, and thyroid disease can be prevented, controlled, or completely reversed if diagnosed early.
*Year round flea and tick preventative is recommended especially for outdoor cats.
*Outdoor cats should be given heartworm prevention year round and have a fecal examination once a year ($40.00).
*Dr. Gal will check your cat's teeth during the yearly exam and let you know if a dental cleaning is recommended.
